Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with a strong background in contractual hiring to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top-tier IT talent for contract positions, ensuring quick turnaround and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 2 years in contractual hiring.

  • Strong understanding of various IT technologies and current market trends.

  • Experience in sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of contract staffing models, payroll, and compliance is preferred.

  • Must be based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for contractual IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.

  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases to identify suitable candidates.

  • Conduct preliminary screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and follow up on feedback.

  • Negotiate salary and contract terms with candidates.

  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements.

  • Ensure timely onboarding and maintain strong relationships with placed consultants.

  • Meet or exceed hiring targets and ensure adherence to SLAs.

Shift Time

10 am till 7 pm IST
