Required Skills & Experience

  • Core Competencies
    • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in designing, developing, and deploying Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
    • Strong knowledge of CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing).
    • Proficiency in custom development using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Web APIs.
    • Hands-on experience with Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse.
    • Expertise in solution architecture, system integrations, and security models.
    • Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus) and DevOps pipelines for CI/CD.
  • Soft Skills
    • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
    • Leadership qualities with proven ability to mentor and guide others.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.
  • Experience in sectors such as financial services, government, or not-for-profit.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Development
    • Lead the design and development of Dynamics 365 CE solutions tailored to client requirements.
    • Configure out-of-the-box features and develop customisations using plugins, workflows, Power Automate, and custom applications.
    • Integrate D365 CE with other Microsoft technologies (Power BI, Azure, Business Central, SharePoint, Teams) and third-party systems.
  • Technical Leadership
    • Act as the technical lead on projects, providing best practice guidance and mentoring junior consultants.
    • Drive solution architecture decisions, ensuring alignment with client needs and Microsoft’s roadmap.
  • Project Delivery
    • Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and clients to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
    • Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
    • Support pre-sales activities, including solution demos and technical workshops.
  • Support & Continuous Improvement
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing D365 CE implementations.
    • Recommend and implement improvements to optimise system performance and usability.
    • Stay current with Microsoft updates, new features, and industry trends.
